Creative Assistant Open Position

The Creative Assistant will play an essential role in assisting the Creative Director and providing various support as needed to the creative team across Bliss Consults & Co. Success for this position is measured by organizational skills, strategic thinking, collaborative spirit and being proactive.

This is an entry-level position best suited for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. In this role, you will have great exposure and opportunity to learn about Account Management, Strategy, Project Management, Design and Creative Operations. 

Position Description

We are looking for a creative assistant to help support our very busy marketing and design agency. To be successful in this role, you must be smart, agile, work independently and handle a wide variety of tasks with great attention to detail.

The right candidate for the job is a proactive implementer. Main duties include assisting with social media management, tracking and updating project management internal systems, correspondence, and occasional asset creation.

 

College degree is preferred and experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and G Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal file system

  • Correspondence

  • Asset creation

  • Be a point of contact and help manage information flow

  • Format information for internal and external communication

  • Handle confidential information responsibly and with discretion

  • Coordinate/implement special projects as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, avg. 15 hours per week

Pay: Starting at $12.50 per hour, pay commensurate on experience
